How to track my order?
For most of StepperOnline packages are shipped from China, the dispatching date will be commenced in 24 housr after we receive order(Except for Saturday and Sunday).
StepperOnline partners with major two international shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS, the estimate transit time are:
DHL: 2-5 business days
Fedex: 3-7 business days
TNT: 3-5 business days
EMS: 7-10 business days
A tracking number will be offered to your mailbox in an automatic manner as long as we officially dispatched your package from our warehouse. Customer is advised to tracking goods through express company website.

Why didn’t I receive the order confirmation e-mail/shipping notification e-mail from StepperOnline?

Why is my order still in the processing stage several days after order completion?
